Our customers may return pictures ordered online within 14 working days of receipt of the item, for a full refund, minus the cost of production and framing. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were displatched from www.peter-rand.com.

For returns within the UK, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery, in order to ensure a secure and traceable delivery. The delivery charges for the original order also cannot be refunded.

For orders from Europe and the Rest of the World, please ensure that your chosen method of returning the goods can be tracked and insured to the value of the goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods which we do not receive, unless they are returned using above mentioned method of postage.


Where necessary, we will refund the same credit card used in order to process the original order.

International customs duties and sales taxes: non-refundable for shipments outside of the European community.

Damage to items

Please inform us of all breakages within 48 hours of receiving the order.

A 14 day period from receipt of goods is allowed for items only if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items will be inspected and if deemed to be subject to regular wear and tear, we have the right to judge whether the item in question is indeed faulty.

Where possible items may be repaired, but only where such items are deemed faulty or repairable.
